I'm sending this out to you to get started with our rollout of two-step verification for your Google accounts. Setting this up is an important key to protecting your and our students personal information from hackers. With everything going on now, it is especially critical for our workers who deal with PII to have this enabled on their accounts.

Please take a moment to review the content I have posted on the Staff Resources page. I have a video guide posted there that will walk you through setting up two-step on your account. There are several methods you can use to set this up, but most include using your personal cell phone. Some of the authentication methods include:
  • authentication using Google Authenticator
  • authentication using text message codes
  • authentication using the Gmail app on your iPhone
  • authentication using system prompts on your Android device
  • authentication using a special keyfob (Note: the district has not yet been able to purchase these fobs)
To set up your two-factor verification, you can navigate directly to the enrollment page located here. If you have any questions with this, please contact someone in the tech department for assistance.
