How to print in color or make a secure print job

Follow the instructions below to print in color or to make a secure print job:


  1. Find what you want to print
  2. Go to print the document using the normal system dialogs and make sure to select the printer you want (one with color if necessary)
    1. In Chrome, click on the "More settings" dropdown > "Print using system dialog" > "Preferences" when hovering over your preferred printer
    2. In Microsoft Office products, click on the "Printer Properties icon in blue underneath the selected printer
  3. From this Xerox screen, you will be able to change the job settings for your print
    1. To print in color, ensure that the "Xerox Black and White" option is turned off
    2. To print a secure job, change the job type to "Secure Print." It will then prompt you to enter a passcode that you will need when printing your job from the machine
      1. To access secure jobs from the printer, select the "Secure Jobs" or "Held Jobs" tab on the active print job screen
