To clear your browser's cache within Google Chrome, follow the instructions below. Doing so is the first step in troubleshooting various issues with websites.

NOTE: clearing your browser's cache will log you out of sites. It will also wipe your browsing history

  1. Open Google Chrome and ensure you are signed into the browser
  2. Click the three dots in the top-right of the Google Chrome window
  3. Click the "Settings" option in the drop-down menu
  4. On the settings page, click the "Privacy and Security" tab on the left and then click on "Clear browsing data" in the middle of the screen
  5. Change the "Time range" dropdown to "All time"
  6. Make sure you have the browsing history, cookies and other site data, and cached images and files checkboxes all checked
  7. Click on the blue "Clear data" button at the bottom of the dialog box
  8. Refresh your webpage that is causing you issues. If it was a caching issue, your issue should be resolved
