Please follow this guide if you are having issues signing into Progressbook. Before we address any tickets related to this issue, we want you to walk through some troubleshooting steps first to get your issue resolved.

If you cannot sign in, please follow these steps in this specific order.

Please first attempt to remove your saved password for omeresa.net in Google's Password Manager. I have seen a lot of login issues arise from having an old saved password. Instructions on how to do that are here if needed:

https://claymont.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/150000023604-how-to-locate-and-use-the-google-chrome-password-manager

  1. Navigate to OMERESA's self-service tool for password resets located here
  2. First, attempt an account unlock by clicking the "Account locked out?" button
  3. Try to sign in
  4. If that doesn't work, go back to the self-service tool and try to reset your password by clicking the "forgot your password?" button
    • Note: ensure your web browser is not auto-filling your old password into the password field on the login screen. If it is, follow this article to remove your old saved password from Google Chrome
  5. Try to sign in
  6. If both of those steps do not work, ensure that you are signing in the correct way. You should be choosing OME-RESA MFA for the domain. Then you enter your username and password into the text fields
    1. Users using a fob to sign-in must enter their password in the following format: "YourPasswordHere," then LONG press the keyfob button that is lit up
      • Note the comma entered after you enter your password
      • If the keyfob does not light up, make sure you have it oriented in the computer the correct way

    2. Users using their phones shouldget a notification from the Duo app. If you do not get a notification, follow the respective guides below to turn on notifications from your phones. If you cannot get notifications to work, you will have to manually open the Duo app on your phone and hit the green checkmark/approve button
      • Note that the Progressbook site will sit and spin for about 15-20 seconds until you hit the approve button on your phone. If you don't hit it in time, the site will act like you entered the wrong password
      • iPhone notifications
      • Android notifications
  7. If you have any issues after following those steps, please open a tech ticket by emailing techsupport@claymontschools.org and someone will contact you to help you get up and running.
